1. Services Provided
Lavenderwood Farms offers a variety of services, including:
- Business and recovery consulting
- Program and construction management
- Stock tank pool installation
- Dog rescue, training, sales, and breeding (including Bernedoodle puppies)
- Livestock stud services (such as the Phantom Merle Standard Poodle stud service and Barbado/Blackbelly sheep)
- Farm goods and handmade products, including organic produce
Each service may involve a written agreement detailing scope, timeline, and payment.
2. Payments & Booking
- Deposits may be required to reserve services.
- Full payment terms are defined in your specific contract.
- Payments accepted via check, card, or approved third-party processors.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged a fee.
- Refunds are issued only per contract terms or if a service cannot be completed by us.
- No refunds are given for completed services.
4. Animal Services
- All dog transactions include a written agreement covering health, behavior, and expectations.
- Resale or unauthorized breeding is prohibited.
- Rescue placements, including for Bernedoodle puppies, are made at our discretion.
5. Livestock Services
- Stud services require a livestock agreement.
- Lavenderwood Farms is not responsible for breeding results unless specified in writing.
6. Installation Services
- Clients are responsible for the ongoing maintenance and safe use of installed features (e.g., pools, pumps).
- We are not liable for damage due to improper use, third-party alterations, or environmental conditions.
7. Website Use & Ownership
- Content on this website is owned by Lavenderwood Farms and may not be reused without permission.
- You agree not to misuse this site or impersonate others when submitting information.
8. Limitation of Liability
Lavenderwood Farms is not liable for:
- Injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse of our services or products
- Behavioral issues or health outcomes of animals after transfer
- Third-party payment or communication issues
